Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). e) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 3/2007 of 10 December. August 2007, amending the price

decision No. 11/2006 of 28 April 2006. November 2006, gas prices, in

the text of the price of decision No 1/2007.



According to § 17 para. 10 (a). (b)) of the Energy Act published an Energy

Regulatory Office price decisions in the energy regulatory bulletin from

27 June 2002. August 2007, in the amount of 6. That date has become the price decision

the validity of. The effectiveness of price decision came into on January 1. September 7, 2007.
