DECREE



on 2 December. February 2012,



amending Decree No. 512/2002 Coll., on the special professional

eligibility of officials of territorial self-governing units, as amended

the laws of the



Ministry of the Interior shall determine pursuant to section 42 of the Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on

officials of territorial self-governing units and amending certain acts, to

the implementation of § 21 of this Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 512/2002 Coll., on professional competence of officials

territorial self-governing units, as amended by Decree No. 41/2006, and

Decree No. 273/2007 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1, the following point (d)) the following point (e)), which read as follows:



"e) in administrative decision-making on registration tasks in the area of operation

road vehicles ".



Subparagraph (e)) to dd) shall become letters (f))-ee).



2. In the annex to the decree in the "Ministry of transport" in the section "

administrative decision-making on driving privileges and driving licences "

the following section is inserted:

„ | administrative decision-making | | Act No. 56/2001 Coll., on conditions for the operation of

3. In the annex to the decree in the "Ministry of agriculture" in section

"agriculture, hunting and forestry", the fourth column

the words "at the level of the regional office and the municipal authorities of municipalities with extended

competence:-the granting of exemptions for the exercise of fishing rights,

the appointment of fisheries officers and the issuance of fishing licence "shall be replaced by

the words "at the level of the regional authority, the municipal authorities of municipalities with extended

and the municipal authorities responsible for:-the granting of exemptions for performance

fishing rights, enacting fishing guard and the issuance of fishing

tickets ".



Article. (II)



Transitional provision



The officials, who on the date of entry into force of this Decree shall exercise

administrative activity when administrative decisions on registration tasks in

the area of operation of road vehicles, demonstrate their special professional

competence within 18 months from the date of entry into force of this Decree.



Article. (III)
