Minister for supply to the people



of 9 June. January 1919



on the establishment of an economic Union in drying potatoes.



On the basis of the regulation of the National Committee of 5 December. November 1918. 20

Coll. and n., ordered this:



§ 1.



The existing regulation, regulations and measures issued by the scope of the war

the Economic Confederation of industry for drying the potatoes in Vienna, in particular

Regulation of the Ministry of the orbs of 30 June. September 1916 from the row No. 340,

shall remain in force unless they are amended or supplemented by the following

regulations.



§ 2.



Economic Union of dryers machinery based in Prague takes over veškery

the tasks of the posavadního Union, in Vienna with the competencies for the entire territory of the

§ 3.

§ 4.



The general meeting of the Association shall consist of representatives of all companies to which Union

belonging. The General Assembly must be convened also when it asks one

§ 5.



The Administrative Committee shall consist of 11 members, which shall be appointed by the Ministry of

consumers (3). The Committee shall elect a Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and

Directors, which approves the supply Ministry officials

of the people. With the consent of the Committee also has the right of other members of the cooptation

professional circles.



§ 6.



The Ministry for the supply of the people belongs to appoint for the Union Government

to the Commission. A Government Commission consists of 5 members shall elect

Chairman and Managing Director, who represent the Commission and carry out its resolutions

and measures. The Commission is the supervisory authority and as such has the dozírati on the

Administration, business executives and all fields of activity of the Union. The Commission shall act by a

the majority of the votes, in a tie, a casting vote. The members of the

the Commission shall have the right to účastniti with all the meetings and meetings of the Administrative Committee

and the General Assembly.



§ 7.
