on guarantees of origin of electricity from renewable energy sources
The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 53 para. 1 (b). (f))
Act No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported energy sources and amending

§ 1
The subject of the edit

§ 2
Model application for issuing a guarantee of origin
A guarantee of origin shall be issued, on application, the specimen of which is given in
the annex to this Decree.
§ 3
The conditions for issuing a guarantee of origin and the conditions for the recognition of the guarantee of origin
issued in another Member State of the European Union
(1) an application for issuing a guarantee of origin shall be submitted to the market operator
electronically, using the account holder's guarantees of origin in the register
guarantees of origin for the market operator.
(2) the request for the issue of such guarantees of origin for electricity produced is submitted
at least 1 MWh and its multiples, which was delivered to the
the electricity system in the Czech Republic, over a period of 1, 2 or 3
calendar months.
(3) the market operator issues a guarantee of origin as an electronic certificate on a
account holder's guarantees of origin after their final financial
the settlement of imbalances, performed by the market operator, and after the payment of the price for the
issuing a guarantee of origin. This guarantee of origin leads the active records of warranties
of origin for 12 months from the end of the period of production of electricity referred to in
request for issuing a guarantee of origin.
(4) the guarantee of origin issued in another Member State of the European Union can be
recognize if it is given the electronic transfer of records of warranties
the origin of this European Union Member State in the register of guarantees of origin
in the Czech Republic.
§ 4
Regulation (EEC)
Decree No. 343/2008 Coll., laying down a pattern of requests for extradition
guarantees of origin of electricity from renewable energy sources and the pattern of the guarantee
the origin of electricity from renewable energy sources, is hereby repealed.
