adopted amendments to the Convention concerning international carriage by rail (COTIF),

the famous No. 8/1985 Coll. amendments came into force on 1 January. June 1991

and that day shall come into force for the Czech and Slovak Federal

Republic.



Czech translation of amendments shall be published at the same time.

Uniform rules concerning the contract for international carriage

Article 47



The text of this article is hereby amended as follows:



"§ 1
