DECREE
of 11 December 1997. June 2004,
which shall be designated as National nature reserve, Žofínský forest, provides
its more protective conditions and protection and amending
Decree No. 395/1992 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act
No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended
the laws of the
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). (b))
reference to § 28 para. 1 and § 37 para. 1 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the
nature and landscape protection, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
PART THE FIRST
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) the Žofínský forest national nature reserve (hereinafter referred to as
"national nature reserve").
(2) the object of protection is the surviving remnant of the original pralesovitého
forest cover retained spontaneous development, which is an example of
mountain forests of mixed food-typical for the region of novohradské mountains,
as well as fragments of waterlogged peaty and přípotočních forests
and communities of montánních forest areas.
§ 2
The definition of national nature reserve
(1) national nature reserve is located in the South Bohemian region in
cadastral territory Pivonice in Pohorské village. The boundaries of the national nature
booking shall be closed geometric shape with straight
parties whose vertices are determined coordinates contained in the
coordinate system of the S-JTSK ^ 1). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of the geometry
the shape as they go in a shape behind him, is given in annex 1,
that is an integral part of this Decree. The Guide graphics
representation of a national nature reserve is given in annex 3.

reservations, are stored in the central list of nature protection (section 42
of the Act).
§ 3
More protective conditions for national nature reserve
Only with the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection [§ 44
paragraph. 2 and § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). g) of the Act] may be in the national nature

§ 4
The protection zone
The protection zone national nature reserve is located in South Bohemia
the edge of the Pivonice in the cadastral territory in Pohorské village. The boundaries of the protective
national natural reservation zones shall be established (article 37, paragraph 1, of the Act)
a separate closed geometric shape with straight sides, which
vertices are determined coordinates contained in the coordinate system
S-JTSK ^ 1). List of coordinates contained geometric shape and its
the individual peaks arranged in shape as they go behind, is
given in annex 2. Indicative graphical representation of the protection zone
national nature reserve is given in annex 3.

No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Decree No.
105/1997 Coll., Act No. 220/1999 Coll., Act No. 85/2000 Coll. and
Decree No 190/2000 is amended as follows:
In annex V, the words "Žofínský TA Pivonice forest Decision

This Decree shall take effect on the date of 15. July 2004.
