imposing a higher level collective agreements and amendments to the collective

The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs indicates that in accordance with the
the provisions of § 9 para. 1 Act No. 2/1991 Coll., on collective
negotiation, as amended, were it stored in the period from December 1, 2008
to 31 of the collective agreement of a higher degree:
1. the collective agreement of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and
leather industry in the year 2009 (from April 2008) concluded between the
Association of the textile-clothing-leather industry
and
Trade Union of workers of the textile, clothing and leather industries
Bohemia and Moravia.
2. higher level collective agreement for 2009 (dated on 4th December 2008)
concluded between the
Association of employers of Small Water Czech Republic
and
Trade Union of workers of woodworking industry, forest, and
water management.
3. Amendment No. 1 (dated 3.12.2008) the collective agreement a greater degree of
closed December 2007 between
Association of manufacturers of jewellery
Trade Union of workers of the glass, ceramics, fashion jewellery
industry and porcelain.
4. Supplement No. 2 (dated 27.11.2008) to the collective agreement of a higher
degree day 10.12.2007 closed between
Czech Gas Union-employers ' Association
and
Trade Union and Trade Union Transgas UNIOS.
5. higher level collective agreement for 2009 (dated 17.12.2008)
concluded between the
