about the plan the allocation of frequency bands (frequency table)



The Ministry of industry and trade shall be determined according to § 150 of paragraph 1. 2 of law No.

127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications and amending certain

related laws (the law on electronic communications), as amended by

Act No. 110/2007 Coll., on certain measures in the system of the Central

public authorities, relating to the abolition of the Ministry of

Informatics and amending certain acts, for the implementation of § 16 para. 1 of the law

on electronic communications:



§ 1



Plan the allocation of frequency bands (frequency table) is

set out in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. May 2010.

II. Definition of terms

Introduction

Section II. Frequency management
