about the content of the test, the test to issuance of a certificate for the performance of the health care
the profession without supervision, the final examination accredited
qualifying courses and are undergoing approval for the procedure to test and verify the
knowledge of the Czech language (Decree on the tests in accordance with the law on
paramedical professions)
The Ministry of health (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") establishes, pursuant to § 90
paragraph. 2 (a). a), b) and (h)) Law No 96/2004 Coll., on conditions for the acquisition
and the recognition of the exercise of paramedical professions and
for the performance of activities related to the provision of health care and amending
certain related laws (the law on the paramedical
occupations), as amended by Act No. 189/2008 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
PART THE FIRST
BASIC PROVISIONS
§ 1
This Decree regulates in accordance with the law of the European Communities ^ 1)
and Board certification exam) specialized competence to perform
non-medical health professions
(b)) tests to issue the certificate for the medical profession without
professional supervision,
(c)) of the final exam of an accredited course to acquire qualification
professional competence for the exercise of the medical profession, medical
(d)) are undergoing approval tests to obtain the competence to perform medical

eligibility for the medical profession of the persons to whom the

PART TWO
BOARD CERTIFICATION EXAM
§ 2
Departmental attestation Commission

§ 3
Application for Board certification test

§ 4
The prerequisites for the execution of Board certification exams

§ 5
Date and place of Board certification exams

§ 6
Content, delivery and assessment of Board certification exams
(1) the Board certification exam, which is held in an accredited facility,

§ 7
Non-participation on the Board certification test, test withdrawal from the Board, its

PART THREE
THE TEST FOR ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE FOR THE MEDICAL PROFESSION WITHOUT
MENTORSHIP
§ 8
The examination Board
(1) the test to the issue of a certificate for the medical profession without
professional supervision (hereinafter referred to as "test to the issue of the certificate") shall take place before the
the examining Board established by the Ministry according to the law. When the examination

the Commission, at least 1 representative of the Ministry, 1 representative of the accredited

§ 9
Application to issue the certificate for the test
Application for examination for the issue of certificates shall be submitted to the Ministry,
where appropriate, in charge of the organization.
§ 10
Date and place of the test to the issue of the certificate

§ 11
Content, delivery and evaluation of tests for the issue of certificates

§ 12
Abstention from the test to the issue of certificates, withdrawal and its recurrence
(1) if the applicant is unable to attend for examination to the issue of the certificate in the

FINAL EXAM OF AN ACCREDITED QUALIFYING COURSE

§ 14
Date and place of the final exam

§ 15
