opening a national natural landmarks on the Želivka Serpentine and the determination of its
closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:
§ 1
The definition of national natural landmarks and its protection zone
(1) is a natural monument on the Želivka Serpentine (hereinafter referred to as
"natural monument") and its protective zone.
(2) the national natural monument is situated on the territory of the Central Bohemia region,
in the cadastral areas in the lower, who had a new quay Borovsko and
Hulice. The boundaries of the national nature monuments shall be concluded
geometric shape with straight sides, whose vertices are specified
uniform trigonometric network cadastral coordinates ^ 1). For a list of
the coordinates of the vertices of geometric shapes as they go in shapes for
succession, is contained in annex 1 to this notice. (3) the protection zone
national natural monument is situated on the territory of the Central Bohemia region, in
cadastral territory of Borovsko. The boundaries of the national natural protection zone
monuments shall be concluded by the geometric shape with straight sides,
whose peaks are determined coordinates uniform trigonometric networks
cadastral ^ 1). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of geometric shapes, as
they go in shapes in a row, is given in annex 2 to this Decree.
(4) an indicative graphical representation of territory and national nature monuments
its protection zone is shown in Appendix 3 to this notice.
§ 2
Object of protection
The subject of the protection of the national natural monuments are:

Regulation ^ 2) announced a major European region Želivka and that
located on the territory of national nature monuments.
§ 3
More protective conditions
Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national
natural monument:

§ 4
