opening a national nature reserve and the determination of K

its closer trade conditions



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))

Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.

218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:



§ 1



The definition of national nature reserve



(1) the national nature reserve of the Bank (hereinafter referred to as Torres

"national nature reserve").



(2) national nature reserve is situated on the area of the Pilsen region

cadastral territory of Chlum nad the Berounka river. The boundaries of the national nature

booking shall be closed geometric shape with straight

parties whose vertices are specified by the coordinates of the single

trigonometric networks cadastral ^ 1). List of coordinates of vertices

geometric shapes as they go in a shape in a row, is listed in the

Annex 1 to the present Decree.



(3) the protection zone national nature reserve is situated on the territory of the

§ 2



Object of protection



The subject of the protection of national nature reserves are



and) natural forest stands formed by hercynskými dubohabřinami,

two such doubravami, and květnatými bučinami, two such special

forests, luhy, jasanovo-olšovými bory and crevice vegetation, silicate

rocks and drolin and



(b)) a rare and endangered species of plants and animals, in particular the population strongly

endangered species plants red yew (Taxus baccata), including their

biotopes.



§ 2



More protective conditions



Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national

nature reserve

§ 3
