§ 1



Compensation for loss of income after the end of the staff's inability to

the resulting from the staff to the accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as

"compensation for loss of professional income") and the reimbursement of costs of nutrition

survivors, belonging to members or survivors by Act No.

361/2003 Coll., on the service of members of security forces, in

as amended, where appropriate, in accordance with previous

^ 1), legislation is adjusted so that the average business income decisive for

calculation of compensation for loss of income and the staff for the calculation of the refund

the cost of survivors, or increased according to the earlier

the legislation of the ^ 2), is increased by 3.9%.



§ 2



If a claim for compensation for loss of income and to pay the staff

costs for survivors after 31 December 2006. December 2010, the average business

the income decisive for the calculation of compensation according to § 1 does not increase.



§ 3



The adjustment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be carried out without asking the national survivors;

at the request of a member shall be made in the case that his compensation for loss

legislation on social security or pension insurance.
