about Locarno Agreement establishing an international classification for industrial designs and
models, signed in Locarno on 8. October 1968

On 8 June 1998. October 1968 in Locarno was agreed upon Locarnská agreement establishing the
the international classification for industrial designs and models.
The instrument of approval of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic was saved
the Director General of world intellectual property organization-
Depositary-4 March 2004. August 1970.
Agreement entered on the basis of article 9, paragraph 3, letter a)
force on 27 August. April 1971 and in this day of entered into force and also
for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.

LOCARNSKÁ AGREEMENT
establishing an international classification for industrial designs, signed
in Locarno 8. October 1968
Article 1
The formation of the Special Union; adoption of an international classification
1 States to which this agreement applies constitute a special Union.

Article 4
Notification and publication of the classification and its changes and additions

Article 9
