Regulation



the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic



of 10 June 1999. November 1921



implementing the cís. the CLP regulation. of 14 July 1999. March 1917, no. 130.,

permission to use the title "engineer".



On the basis of § 8 cís. the CLP regulation. of 14 July 1999. March 1917, no. 130.,

ordering:



§ 1.



For the award of the title "engineer" can be ucházeti members of the State

the Czechoslovak (with obmezením in § 2, no. 2, to this Regulation) in

the Ministry of public works (in the cases of § § 3, and 5. cís. r.).



§ 2.



Applications for the award of the title "engineer" should be doložiti:



1. first (given) worksheet;



2. the Home worksheet, showing the home jurisdiction in some municipalities

in that part of the Czechoslovak Republic in cís. the CLP regulation. from the date of

March 14, 1917, no. 130.;



3. proof that the tenderer had finished their studies before the effective date cís.

the CLP regulation. of 14 July 1999. March 1917, no. 130., t. j. 1. May 1917

and this:



and as an ordinary listener) either high school technical direction and that he passed

with the success of the tests of the main subjects of the scope,



(b)) or vocational school building, then the higher technical school of direction

mechanical-technological or of textile and technical or on these professionally

at least equivalent to the Constitution (section 3 of the regulation),



(c)) the neb undertook his study that, at least before the 1. May 1917 on such

the school of professional and adult have passed the exam with distinction;



4. the identification of practical activities and its duration plausible

custom work), reminiscent of the professional training of tenderer,

and its leading position in either a stand-alone or practice professionally-technical.

Employees of the public authorities shall submit the application for the granting of the title

"the engineer" the way of business. The authorities concerned are then required to properly

§ 3.



Professional, in section 5 of the cís. the CLP regulation. of 14 July 1999. March 1917, no. 130,.

higher school of mechanical engineering of the State industrial school in Pardubice,

higher school of mechanical engineering and the College of engineering of the Czech and

§ 4.



By completing the higher school of industrial (section 3, no 1., of this regulation.) means the

§ 5.



Practical activity (§ 7 of this Regulation), it appears credible prokázati

§ 6.



War, military service in the technical section of the technical work

§ 7.

such a practical activity which demonstrates the ability to successfully lead or

a separate action in the field of professional-technical at all without help,

§ 8.

§ 9.



If they have to be recognised by the certificate of practice issued by the

§ 10.



At the Ministry of public works shall establish the Advisory Council that the

§ 11.



The Advisory Board consists of:



1. two representatives of the Ministry of education and national enlightenment, and it

one for education, another in high vocational education,



2. one representative of the Ministry of agriculture,



3. a representative of the Technical University,



4. one representative of the higher school of industrial,



5. one representative colleges of agricultural and forestry,



6. one representative of the Ministry of Finance (the land tax register

7. one representative of the Ministry of railways,



8. one representative of the technical corps of the Ministry of national defense,



9. a representative of the engineering for the Republic, the Czechoslovak Chamber



10. one representative of the Ministry of post and Telegraph (for the weak

streams).



A representative of the ad 3., 4., 5. and 8. named after a branch of the Department of design,

These representatives must have their residence in Prague or in the nearest

Prague surroundings. Membership in the Advisory Council is an honorary functions,

§ 12.



The Advisory Forum shall meet at the Ministry of public works under the chairmanship of

appointed by an official of that Ministry. By an absolute majority

a majority of votes on the basis of duly processed and prepared reports

the appropriate officer of the Ministry of public works.



In a tie, the Chairperson's casting vote; reported voting

not participate.



§ 13.



Advisory Council may usnášeti, only if it is present in at least half of its

Members (section 11) and belongs to at least one member of the Congregation to the technical scope

the applicant's.



Usnesený opinion and vote, which opinion was approved,

writes the message immediately to referentovy and shall be signed by the Chair.



This proposal shall be submitted to the Minister of public works to the decision.



§ 14.



Granting the right to use the title "engineer" shall be in addition to

the applicant's Ministry of education and national enlightenment, after case

the Ministry of agriculture, all the political authorities of the second stool (the Earth's

political administration in Prague, Brno and in Opava, Office of the Minister with power of Attorney

for the management of Slovakia, Carpathian Ruthenia) civil administration and engineering

Chamber for the Czechoslovak Republic, which will maintain a list of such persons

at an absolute minimum. The same list of leads as well as the Ministry of public works and

the Ministry of education and national enlightenment, after the event, even if the Department of


Agriculture. Persons to whom the title "engineer" has been previously granted, have

obligation, if this is still not the case, the decision předložiti

§ 15.



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication, guide them through the Minister
