about the protection zones of natural healing resources of the Spa places
Františkovy Lázně
The Government of the United States directs pursuant to § 46 para. 1 of Act No. 20/1966
Coll. on health care of the people, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council.

§ 1
Introductory provisions
(1) to protect the natural medicinal resources of the Spa places Františkovy Lázně
The Spa provides for protective zone 1., 2. and (3). degree and special protective
zone within the protection zone 1. and 2. the degree.
(2) the position of the protection is indicated graphically in the scale 1:200
000 in map documentation, which are annexed to the No 1 to this regulation.
Their definition consists of an attachment 2 to this regulation. Map
documentation in the scale of 1:50, 000, is deposited with the competent district,
urban and municipal authorities, "^ 1") of the Ministry of health of the Czech
Republic, the Czech Mining Authority and the district mining Office in
Sokolov.
§ 2
The protection zone 1. the degree of
(1) in the protection zone 1. the degree is prohibited:
and) benefit mineral resources including extraction of peat, which is not declared
for natural healing source;
(b)) to build and operate
1. for agricultural production objects and objects of industrial production, in
which is a significant component of the technology of handling with substances harmful
waters, ^ 2)
2. landfills for hazardous waste; ^ 3)
(c)) apply
1. liquid ammonia fertilizers, liquid manure of cattle and swine,
2. industrial and livestock manure and chemical plant protection
plants without a binding opinion of the Czech Inspectorate baths and baths (
"Inspectorate"); ^ 4)
(d)) shall be discharged, bail out or drip into the soil or surface water
liquids from silage or other liquids that could negatively
affect the quality of the natural medicinal resources; ^ 2)
e) draw ground water, with the exception of the existing authorized subscriptions;
(f))
1. natural and other work to a depth greater than 10 m,
2. drilling under the base of the cyprisového formation, with the exception of drillings for collecting
mineral waters,
3. blasting without binding opinion of the Inspectorate,
4. Another activity that may disrupt or otherwise negatively affect the
spreading rate, physical properties, chemical composition or health
the safety of natural medicinal resources, ^ 5)
5. drainage work and modifications to the surface flows that could
compromise the natural mode of groundwater,
6. ^ 6) mining and activities carried out by mining means; ^ 7)
g) transported by vehicles, substances that could negatively affect the
of natural medicinal resources; ^ 2)
h) camp (tents, caravans, etc.) outside of the placeholders;
I) use chemical grit on the road,
that could cause contamination of natural medicinal resources.
(2) in a special protection zone is prohibited:
and carry out the activity referred to in) paragraph 1;
(b)) build
1. warehouses of oil and its products and equipment for the storage of substances
marked as poisons or especially dangerous poisons,
2. with the anticipated use of petroleum, petroleum products,
where applicable, liquid fuels, with the exception of local diesel stove
supplies of diesel storage tanks into the contents of 200 litres;
(c)) use
1. chemical plant protection products,
2. stable building and other machines and drilling rigs, which are
liquid of consumables used, if they are not equipped with a device
that prevents leakage of liquid fuels, oils, lubricants, coolants
and other operating materials into the soil, water, air, or the plants;
d) parking of motor vehicles excluding
1. reserved parking,
2. closed garage.
§ 3
The protection zone 2. the degree of
(1) in the protection zone 2. the degree is prohibited:
and) benefit minerals, except for the dotěžení of ceramic raw materials in
the cadastral area of the village Drahov; dotěžení conditions and method of reclamation
will be laid down in a mandatory opinion of the Inspectorate in the spending plan,
preparation and extraction;
(b))
1. the activities referred to in section 2 (2). 1 (b). f) points 1., 2. and (3). without
a binding opinion of the Inspectorate,
2. modification of surface flows without measures to counteract the increased runoff
compared to the current state of groundwater,
3. mining ^ 6) and activities conducted by using mining techniques, ^ 7)
4. drainage and land reclamation and water management of the work without a reliable measures to
avoid increasing the amount of leaking proplyněných mineral waters and
carbon dioxide,
5. the activities referred to in section 2 (2). 1 (b). h) and (i));
c) draw new sources of underground water in quantities exceeding 60 litres per
minute without a binding opinion of the Inspectorate;
(d)) to build and operate
1. the objects of industrial and agricultural buildings, whose mass
the operation would have a negative affect of natural medicinal resources ^ 5)
2. landfills for hazardous waste; ^ 3)
(e) apply fertilizers and chemical) plant protection products without
a binding opinion of the Inspectorate;
(f) the transport vehicles), substances that could negatively affect the
natural healing source. ^ 2)
(2) If during the execution of the works referred to in paragraph 1 (b). (b) point 4)
leakage of the proplyněných mineral water and carbon dioxide,
reliable stop to secure the one who caused it, and in the case of
carbon dioxide content in the groundwater over a value of 250
milligrams per litre must be new technical work reliably under
plan disposed of.
§ 4
The protection zone 3. the degree of
(1) in the protection zone 3. the degree is prohibited:

(c)) to draw underground water in quantities exceeding 120 litres per minute
outside of the existing resources of groundwater without a binding opinion

(d) make use, as appropriate, draw) mineral water containing carbon proplyněné
dioxide higher than 1000 milligrams per litre without binding
report of the Inspectorate;
(e) to build and operate a high-capacity) agricultural structures, which would
could negatively affect the natural medicinal resources.
(2) in the mining area, "Green" can be "Ge" clays dotěžit, under the conditions
laid down in the decision on its establishment.
Provisions common, transitional and final
§ 5
This regulation is without prejudice to:

(b))
1. the Headwater area of the Cheb basin and Slavkovský les according to the
Special regulations, ^ 9)
2. the bearings of the natural medicinal resources, and peloids use Old Hroznatov

§ 6
In the period of three years from the entry into force of this regulation the Government are physical
and legal persons are obliged to:

§ 7

§ 8
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.

The protection zone 1. the degree of
The boundaries of the protection zone 1. degree from the local part of Frantiskovy Lazne
Bath-Moors to the West to America and from there to the open
the pond. Further monitors the road and forest way into local part
Františkovy Lázně-Upper Loman. Exceeds the rail Františkovy Lázně
Spa-El, then runs along the national road forming the bypass of Frantiskovy Lazne
Spa Františkovy Lázně to the railroad again-Trsnice and after this rail
on the left bank of the Ohře River in Třebeni. Of the Třebeně leads to the South against the flow of the river
The ohře River to the mouth of Střížkovského Creek. After the Střížkovském Creek leads to
West to road-Františkovy Lázně, Cheb and follow this road to the local
part of Františkovy Lázně-Moors.
A special protection zone
The boundaries of the special protection zone runs from the north side of the plant
Western Bohemian spring in the West Lake Street to walking the path
Dvořák's set, the stream crosses the northern edge of the Slatinku Swan
pond. From here a long street to its junction with Máchovou Street.
After Macha Street leads to the Russian class up to a connector with Street 5. of May.
Down the Street 5. may leads around the SPA II in the street under the lime trees to natural
the medicine source Natalie. By Natalie leads to the stream Slatinka, which
crosses to the South to the edge of the bearing of a natural healing source-
Františkovy Lázně peloidu. The edge of the tracks to race
Western Bohemian spring.
The protection zone 2. the degree of
The boundaries of the protection zone 2. degree from the northern edge of the city is kept
Cheb to the West along the road up to the village of Luzná and then across the dimension of the 508 m above sea level
to the village of Spurs and then to the road of Františkovy Lázně-Hazlov municipality. After this
the road returns to the East, crosses the road Františkovy Lázně-village
Preston, is conducted to the East to the railway line Trsnice-
Luby, then cross the rivers Floodplain bets and on the western edge of the village of Milhostov.
From here the road to Cheb railway line-Sokolov, after this
the railway crosses the ohře River and the left bank of the Ohře River leads to the village of
Dolnice. For the municipalities of Dolnice exceeds the track-Františkovy Lázně, Cheb and leads
to the West, on the northern edge of the town of Cheb.

The boundaries of the protection zone 3. the degree of lead from the city of Cheb
Cheb, West to the municipality border. From the village of Border monitors the State border to
North up to cross the Creek and continues to Slatinky North East
the edge of the town of Aš. Outside the town of Aš intravilán runs through the village and the Castle

Mariánské Lázně-Cheb, leads to the South, and crosses the railway line
Mariánské Lázně-Cheb, to the village of Xxxxxxx. Also leads to the West through the village
Qəzli Hroznatov to the village and from there to the village of Šlapany. From the village of Šlapany leads to a
North, along the railway line-Cheb and Mariánské Lázně from railway
the station in the town of Cheb to Cheb castle.
