the Declaration that certain cultural monuments as a national cultural monument
The Government directs pursuant to § 4 paragraph 2. 1 of law No 20/1987 Coll., on State
heritage preservation:
§ 1
The Declaration that certain cultural monuments as a national cultural monument
(1) as a national cultural heritage claim to these immovable cultural

The Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Central" list), the characteristics and the Permanent
the location of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 2 are listed in the
Annex 2 to this regulation.
(5) the National Heritage Institute of national cultural monuments shall be marked according to the
paragraph 1 to 2 copies of the copies of the cadastral maps and within a period of 60
days from the date of entry into force of this regulation 1 copy saved in the
the central list, and 1 copy shall be sent to the provincial authority in whose
the scope of the national cultural heritage in accordance with paragraph 1 is located.
(6) in annex 1 to this regulation lists the spatial
identification part of the land, a means that portion of it which
is drawn in copies of the cadastral maps in accordance with paragraph 5.
§ 2
For security protection of immovable national cultural monuments
This regulation sets forth the declared this condition: the range
built-up areas, the shape of the terrain, or altitude level and composition
buildings must not change, if they have been damaged by the cultural values
the national cultural monuments.
§ 3
The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. July 2010.
