The DECREE
of 19 December 2003. December 2014,
amending Decree No 36/2006 Coll., concerning verification of conformity of a copy or
a copy of the Charter, and for verifying the authenticity of the signature, as amended
the laws of the
The Ministry of the Interior, establishes, pursuant to article 21 of law No 21/2006 Coll., on
a copy or copies of the attestation of conformity with the Charter and of the authenticity
signature and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on verification):
Article. (I)
Annex 1 to the Decree No 36/2006 Coll., concerning verification of conformity of a copy or
a copy of the Charter, and for verifying the authenticity of the signature, as amended by Decree No.
331/2006 Coll., Decree No 390/2007 Coll., Decree No. 194/2008 Coll.,
Decree No. 15/2009 Coll., Decree No. 484/2009 Coll., Decree No. 384/2010
Coll., Decree No 441/2011 Coll., Decree No 456/2012 Coll. and Decree No.
401/2013 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In the "South County" (a). (b)), for the words "Habří, keywords: Želč,"
the words "Hlincová Hora," and the words "Stone Újezd,"
the word "Komařice,".
2. In the "South County" (a). the word), "Katowice", shall be
the words "Krty-Hradec," after the word "following" Miloňovice word "Munich,"
and after the word "Rape," shall be inserted after the word "Slaník".
3. In the "South County" (a). m), after the word "Jílovice," added
the word "Stone".

"Radim," shall be inserted after the word "Samšina," and after the word "Veliš," shall be inserted after the word

10. In the section "Hradec Králové region", at the end of the text of the letter l)
added the word "Zachrašťany".
11. In the section "Hradec Králové region", (b). n) for the word "Chotěvice,"
inserted the word "Chvaleč," and the words "Riyadh," shall be inserted after
the words "u Úpice, Maršov".
12. In the section "Dallastown", (b). and the word) "Blíževedly," added
the word "Brniště," and at the end of the text of subparagraph (a)), the following word ",
Ždírec ".
13. In the section "Moravian-Silesian region", (b). (c)), for the word "Razová;"
inserted the word "Roudno,".
14. In the section "Olomouc", (b). (c)), for the word "Budětsko," added
the word "Dzbel".
15. In the section "Olomouc", (b). (h)), after the words "in Prostějov," added
