on the publication of the national natural reserve of the Broumov walls and the determination of the

its closer trade conditions



The Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph. 3 (b). (c))

Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.

218/2004 Coll. and Act No 312/2008 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



The subject of the edit



(1) the National natural reserve of the Broumov walls (hereinafter referred to as

"the national nature reserve").



(2) the subject of the protection are:



and the natural forest) of the northern and eastern slopes

Broumov walls consisting of mostly acidofilními and květnatými bučinami

and suťovými forests and forming a Habitat for rare and endangered plant species

and animals,



(b) a very unique service) Broumov walls consisting of forms of

pseudokrasového relief of late Cretaceous sandstones in the cuboidal

occurring primarily in the form of large rock walls, towers

and cities, intricately structured ridges, gorges, and caves, with specific

plant and animal communities, and



c) natural habitat types and species, for which the other legal

Regulation ^ 1) announced the European site of the Broumov walls and the significant

§ 2



The definition of national nature reserve



National nature reserve is located in the cadastral areas, Bozanov

Křinice and Martínkovice. The boundaries of the national nature reserve is determined

concluded by geometric shapes with straight sides, whose peaks

§ 3



More protective conditions

§ 4



The protection zone



The protection zone national nature reserve is located in the

Hradec Králové region, in the cadastral areas near "Hlavňov" and Dry Mine.

The boundaries of the protection zone shall be national nature reserve
