GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 July 1999. December 2010,
for the purposes of the housing allowance from the State social support for
the year 2011 the amount of costs comparable with the rent, the amounts
will be included for solid fuels, and the amounts of the normative cost of
housing
The Government decrees referred to in section 28 of Act No. 117/1995 Coll., on State social
support, as amended by law No 112/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
§ 1
(1) the amount of the cost of comparable with the rent pursuant to § 25 para. 1 (b). (b))
the law shall be for the period from 1. January 2011 until 31 December 2006. December 2011

§ 2

§ 3
Housing allowance, taking into account paragraph 1 and 2 shall be determined, first,
in the case of entitlement to housing benefit for January 2011.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2011.
