The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs declares that on 7 December. April 1989

was in the Prague agreement signed between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist

the Republic and the Government of the Federative Republic of the cultural

cooperation. Agreement entered into force pursuant to article 7 (2).

between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Brazil

Federal Republic on cultural cooperation



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of Brazil

Federal Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Contracting Parties"),



guided by the principles of mutual respect, non-interference in the internal affairs and

mutual benefit and wishes to strengthen ties of friendship, which

the people of both countries,



have agreed upon the following:



Article 1



This agreement governs all activity and activity in the field of culture,

education and sport by the competent governmental organisations and

institutions of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party.



Article 2



The Contracting Parties shall promote bilateral exchanges and cooperation on

the culture, education and sport in accordance with national laws

legislation and with the provisions of this agreement.



Article 3



1. the Exchange and cooperation between the Contracting Parties shall include:

Article 4

Article 5

Article 6



Any modification of this agreement or its revisions must be designed in writing

Article 7

Article 8



In the event of termination of this agreement the commitments accepted during the validity of the
