§ 1
Plenary session of the South Moravian Regional National Committee in Brno
According to the provisions of § 39 para. 2 (a). (j)) of the law on national committees, no.
71/1967 Coll., in full, published under no. 28/1972 Coll. and under section 3 of the
paragraph. 2 of the Act No. 130/1974 Coll. on State administration in the aquatic
economy instructs:
1. The performance of water management agenda in the scope of § 3 para. 2 (a). a)-(f))

municipal national committees, Kuřim, Oslavany, Rosice, Šlapanice,
Tišnov, Zidlochovice, Zbýšov local National Committee Modřice
in the District of Gottwald
