amending Government Decree No. 564/2006 Coll., on salaries
of employees in public services and administration, as amended

The Government ordered pursuant to section 123 of paragraph 1. 6 (a). e) and (f)) and article 129 paragraph. 2 of the Act
No 262/2006 SB., labour code, as amended by Act No. 362/2007 Coll., Act
No 347/2010 Coll., Constitutional Court declared under the No 80/2011 Sb.
and Act No. 365/2011 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on salaries of employees in the
public service and administration, as amended by Decree-Law No 74/2009 Coll.,
Government Regulation No. 130/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 201/2009 Coll.,
Decree-Law No. 381/2010 Coll. and Decree-Law No 44/2006, is amended
as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, point (e)) repealed.
Subparagraph (f)) to (h)) are known as the letters e) to (g)).
2. In section 4, paragraph 4. the number "8" is replaced by "5".
3. In section 4, paragraph 4. 10 is the number "6" is replaced by "5".
4. in § 5 para. 4, after the words "emergency services", the words "or is
doctor social security body ^ 29) ".
Footnote 29 is added:
"29) § 3 (1). 3 of Act No. 582/1991 Coll., on the Organization and implementation of
social security, as subsequently amended. ".
5. § 5 para. 5, the words "which he obtained his professional qualification by
special legal regulation ^ 18 c), and which reached the higher
education in an accredited bachelor's or master's degree
the program, "including footnote # 18 c shall be deleted.
6. In section 5, paragraph 6 shall be deleted.
7. in the second sentence of paragraph 6 is deleted.
8. § 6a, including title.
9. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1 is the number "7" shall be replaced by the number "6".
10. Appendix 5:

11. Annex 6 shall be deleted.
Annex # 7 is renumbered as annex 6.
12. in annex No 6 in the group-work with increased
Neuropsychological burden or other possible risks to human health or
life with the comma at the end of section 3.2. replaced by the dot and section 3.3. with
repealed.
Article. (II)
The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2012.
