Article 1



Each of the Contracting States undertakes to take all necessary measures to

Article 2

Article 4

Article 6



Designation of individual products, which meet the prerequisites of article 2 and 5

which shall enjoy protection under this agreement and are therefore not of markings

Article 7



(1) if the names and designations protected under articles 3, 4, 6, and article

advertising, all judicial and administrative measures pursuant to

the legislation of the Contracting State in which protection is claimed, are coming

Article 8

Article 9

which are authorised to do so under the legislation of the Republic of Austria, also

unions, associations and facilities based in the Czechoslovak Socialist

Republic, representing the interested manufacturer or trader, if it

Article 10

Article 11



(1) the Products, packaging, advertising, as well as accounts of transport

documents and other business papers, which are upon the entry into force of the agreement

anticipated in article 6 on the territory of one of the Contracting States and are properly

provided with indications which are not to be used under this agreement, may

use for a period of one year after the entry into force of the agreement.



(2) in the event that the designation of the lists contained in the agreement

Article 12

(4) the agreement referred to in article 6 may be closed before the entry of the Treaty in

force, however, will enter into force simultaneously with the Treaty first.

Article I
