due form, have agreed to the following:
Article 1
Each of the Contracting States undertakes to take all necessary measures to
to effectively protect against unfair competition in the commercial

Article 2

Article 4

Article 6
Designation of individual products, which meet the prerequisites of article 2 and 5
which shall enjoy protection under this agreement and are therefore not of markings

Article 7
(1) if the names and designations protected under articles 3, 4, 6, and article
8 paragraph (2) of this agreement from using, in the course of trade in violation of these

advertising, all judicial and administrative measures pursuant to
the legislation of the Contracting State in which protection is claimed, are coming

the provisions of article 9.
(2) if there is a likelihood of confusion in the market place, paragraph 1

Article 8

documents or other business papers or in advertising use

Article 9
(1) claims arising from acts which are contrary to the provisions of this Treaty may, from

unions, associations and facilities based in the Czechoslovak Socialist
Republic, representing the interested manufacturer or trader, if it

Article 10

Article 11
(1) the Products, packaging, advertising, as well as accounts of transport
documents and other business papers, which are upon the entry into force of the agreement
anticipated in article 6 on the territory of one of the Contracting States and are properly
provided with indications which are not to be used under this agreement, may
use for a period of one year after the entry into force of the agreement.
(2) in the event that the designation of the lists contained in the agreement
Article 6 foresees changes or expands, it shall apply to paragraph 1, with the

Article 12
This agreement shall not apply to the labelling of products, that is territory of one

replaced as soon as possible.

(4) the agreement referred to in article 6 may be closed before the entry of the Treaty in
force, however, will enter into force simultaneously with the Treaty first.

The Contracting Parties, desiring to modify the application of certain provisions more closely

Article I

Article VII

can be taken for Austrian products only in the German language, in conjunction with

additions such as "right", "original", and so on.
Article VIII
The designation "Heuriger" may only be used in the German language only for the Austrian
wine. This is true also for grammatical derivatives and composition of words in which
This designation occurs.
Article IX
(1) the inclusion of the Czechoslovak designation "Liptovska bryndza" into the agreement,
to conclude, under the Treaty, does not preclude the designation of a

Article 1

Article 2
(1) this agreement is concluded for the same duration as the Agreement
referred to in article 1 and shall enter into force at the same time with this agreement.
(2) the annexes to this agreement may be amended or supplemented with the approval
