of professional competence for dealing with products
The Ministry of agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined in accordance with § 88
paragraph. 4 of Act No 326/2004 Coll., on phytosanitary care and amendments
some related laws, as amended by Act No. 199/2009 Coll. (hereinafter referred to
"the Act"), for the implementation of § 86 para. 3 of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and
covers:

§ 2
The content and scope of the basic course and supplementary training for release
the certificate of the first degree, and the requisites of the certificate of first instance

§ 3
The content and scope of the basic course, and additional training for the release and
extension of validity of the certificate of the second degree, the scope and

§ 4
The scope and performance of the test for the issuance of the certificate of the third degree,
the content and scope of the supplementary training and the scope and performance of the test

§ 5

§ 6

§ 7
Regulation (EEC)

professional competence in the field of plant health care.
