DECREE



of 6 May 1999. June 2012



of professional competence for dealing with products



The Ministry of agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined in accordance with § 88

paragraph. 4 of Act No 326/2004 Coll., on phytosanitary care and amendments

some related laws, as amended by Act No. 199/2009 Coll. (hereinafter referred to

"the Act"), for the implementation of § 86 para. 3 of the Act:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1) and

covers:



and the content and scope of) basic course for the issue of a certificate of first instance,

additional training for the issue of a new certificate in the first degree and

the particulars of the certificate of the first degree,



(b)) content and scope of basic course and supplementary training for release and

extension of validity of the certificate of the second degree, the scope and

to perform the test and requirements for the second degree, certificate



(c)), the scope and performance of the test for the issuance of the certificate of the third

degree, the content and scope of the supplementary training and the extent and method of making

tests for the extension of the third degree and certificate

§ 2



The content and scope of the basic course and supplementary training for release

the certificate of the first degree, and the requisites of the certificate of first instance



(1) the content of the basic course for the issue of a certificate of first instance and the contents of the

additional training for the issue of a new certificate in the first degree is

set out in annex 1 to this notice.



(2) the scope of the basic course for the issue of certificates of the first grade is 12

teaching hours.



(3) the scope of the supplementary training for the release of the new certificate first

§ 3



The content and scope of the basic course, and additional training for the release and

extension of validity of the certificate of the second degree, the scope and

§ 4



The scope and performance of the test for the issuance of the certificate of the third degree,

the content and scope of the supplementary training and the scope and performance of the test

§ 5

§ 6

§ 7
