on the issue of the natural medicinal resources, and natural resources

mineral waters and of the cancellation of the certificate of natural healing resources and

sources of natural mineral waters



The Ministry of health on the basis of § 5 para. 8 of Act No. 164/2001

Coll. on the natural medicinal resources, sources of natural mineral

waters, natural healing spas and Spa areas and amending

certain related acts (the Spa Act), says that the



1. pursuant to § 5 para. 1 the Spa Act issued a certificate stating that



natural healing source and) is the source of mineral water:

New Spring Church (A-1) cadastral Františkovy Lázně, Karlovy Vary region,



(b)) the source of the natural mineral water sources of mineral water are:

Fountain of PM-1 k. r. Hraničné Petrovice, Olomouc region

PM-2 to u. Domašov nad Bystřicí, Olomouc region



2. According to § 5 para. 6 the Spa Act has made the decision on the abolition of

certificate of natural mineral water sources for resources:

Spring FRANZ cadastral authority of Jeseník nad Odrou, Moravian-Silesian region

ZITA k. r. Jeseník nad Odrou, Moravian-Silesian region

S-1 cadastral Domašov nad Bystřicí, Olomouc region.



The decision to issue the certificate of natural medicinal resources and about the source of

natural mineral waters and to the decision on the revocation of the certificate of the source
