The explanatory notes to the tables:

1. Establishes the drinking water of maintained directly from surface water or

in the groundwater that are affected by surface water. Where the value of the

This indicator is not complied with, they shall explore the water source and

technology to determine if human health is potentially

threatened by the presence of pathogenic micro-organisms, such as, in particular,

kryptosporidie. How the person responsible establishes the § 4 paragraph 2. 5 of the Act.

2. Applies only to bottled drinking water.

3. An integral part of examination results and other information are obtained

When the microscopic, which may contribute to the interpretation of the

the results. This description shall include in particular the composition of the present

abiosestonu (or its possible origin), the inclusion of the present

organisms and their possible origin (raw water, the growth of the network), their

belonging to groups that are difficult to avoidable. In the case of the occurrence of the living

organisms in waters secure disinfection is always necessary to give the

they were organisms. The groundwater is recorded mainly

the presence of surface water-bound organisms and organisms

indicative of impaired water quality. Underground water with an abundance of organisms

bound to the surface of the water must be considered as the water underground

influenced by the water surface (see explanatory note 1).

4. zahrnovanými under this indicator Organisms for the purposes of the Ordinance

means of cyanobacteria and all eukaryotic organisms (for example, algae, protozoa,

mikromycéty, rotifers, nematodes). Bacteria (with the exception of cyanobacteria) are

listed only in verbal description, but are not counted in the total number of

organisms. Microscopic findings of mass occurrence of organotrofních bacteria

(more than 100 individuals/ml) should be considered as exceeding the MH

indicators # 6 or # 7. Products of the metabolism of iron

bacteria are one of the abiosestonu.

5. Limit applies only to secure water disinfection. Live

organisms that contain chlorophyll to distinguish itself by using autofluorescence

chlorophyll. Others, if possible, by other characters, such as

in particular, the status of the movement, releasing energy.

6. If the supply zone cannot be for a small number of samples to determine whether the

This is an abnormal change, applies as the limit value of 200 cfu/ml.

7. For replacement supplies for water supplied in the air, water and

land-based transport and for water from the small nedezinfikovaných

resources, producing less than 5 m3 per day applies to the recommended value

500 cfu/ml.

8. If the supply zone cannot be for a small number of samples to determine whether the

This is an abnormal change, applies as the limit value 40 cfu/ml.

9. For replacement supplies for water supplied in the air, water and

land-based transport and for water from the small nedezinfikovaných

resources, producing less than 5 m3 per day, the recommended value in the

100 cfu/ml.

10. Value applies to the residual monomer concentration (substance),

calculated in terms of the content and the possible release of materials

(for example, pipelines) and objects that are used to modify, production

and distribution of drinking water, which are in contact with drinking water. The determination of the

in drinking water will be made only in the case where it is not possible to calculate and

the substance is given to the materials used may be present in the water.

Determination of chlorethenu (vinyl chloride), however, will also carry out new

source before putting into operation.

11. In the determination of benzene is necessary to monitor, if it is not indicated

the presence of the other aromatic hydrocarbons (toluene, XYLENES,

Ethylbenzene). The finding of these substances is necessary to pay close attention.

In the case of quantitative determination of findings shall be provided for substances

in the test report.

12. always and for new source, or where the findings Be

exceed 30% of the limit values.

13. Where is it possible without reducing the effectiveness of disinfection, it should

strive to achieve the lowest possible value.

14. Without abnormal changes. It may not be determined for supplying

less than 10 000 m3 of water a day.

15. Must comply with the condition that the sum of the ratios of the identified content

nitrate mg/l divided by 50 and the nitrite content in mg/l

split-3 was less than or equal to 1. The sum of the ratios of corresponding to its importance

the highest limit value. The content of nitrite in drinking water at the outlet of

the treatment plant shall be less than 0.1 mg/l.

16. Apply as a minimum value in the case referred to in § 3 (1). 1. for the

all of the water, where it is possible, should seek to

the achievement of the recommended values.

17. Without abnormal changes. It is not necessary to establish if it is determined

the contents of the TOC (total organic carbon).

18. free chlorine Content, chloritanů or ozone is determined only in

the case of the use of chlorine or chlorine-containing resources, carbon

chlorine dioxide or ozone in water treatment. For editing and

disinfection of the water. In the case of use of a bound of active chlorine (for example,

in the form of chloramines) for disinfection, paying for the total active chlorine

the limit value of 0.4 mg/l.

19. In cases where higher values of chloride are caused by geological

environment, with values up to 250 mg/l are considered to satisfy the requirements

of this order. For packaged drinking water artificially supplemented by mineral

agents apply the limit value of 250 mg/l.

20. Water should not act aggressively towards materials distribution

system, including plumbing. Assessment of the aggression is carried out

by TNV 75 7121 requirements on the quality of water being transported by pipeline.

due to the geological environment, the values of manganese up to 0.10 mg/l

be deemed to conform to the requirements of this order, provided that the

There is no undue influence the organoleptic properties of water.

24. the exposure limit value is established on the basis of toxic action of copper and

applies to a sample of the drinking water taken from the appropriate sampling method

the tap so that the sample was representative of the average one-week

the amount of ingested by consumers. At concentrations above 100 µ g/l may

drinking water will be fixed so, and then will be taken effective measures to

the prevention of threats to public health, public health protection authority

26. The limit value applies to a sample of the drinking water taken appropriate

method of sampling from the tap so that the sample was representative of the

the average one-week amount ingested by consumers. For the control of

quality of drinking water in accordance with § 4, the method of random sampling

27. Pesticides shall mean organic insecticides, herbicides, fungicides,

nematocidy, acaricides, algaecides, rodenticides, slimicidy, related

products (e.g. growth regulators) and their relevant metabolites,

breakdown or reaction products. Only pesticides shall be established with the

They shall be provided.

28. The limit value applies to each individual pesticide except

Aldrin, dieldrin, heptachlor and heptachlorepoxidu, where the limit

the value of 0.03 µ g/l.

29. Limit value applies to the sum of the individual laid down and

quantitatively detected ciency. If the substance is not detected

quantitatively, the sum is attributed to zero.

30. Limit value applies to the sum of the quantitatively defined

the following specific substances: benzo [b] fluoranthene,

benzo [k] fluoranthene, benzo [ghi] perylen, indeno [1, 2, 3-cd] pyrene. If they are

determined other substances of polyaromatic hydrocarbons,

the value included in the indicators of PAU.

31. For packaged drinking water, non-carbonated with carbon dioxide and for drinking water

being shipped containers can be accepted from pH 4.5; for bottled

drinking water that is naturally or artificially enriched with rich carbon

dioxide, the minimum value may be even lower. For water with naturally lower

pH, pH value 6.0 to 6.5 be regarded as satisfying the requirements of this

the Decree provided that the water does not act aggressively towards materials

of the distribution system.

exceed 10 µ g/l.

34. Limit value applies to the sum of the quantitatively detected

concentrations of trichlormethanu (chloroform), tribrommethanu (bromoformu)

dibromchlormethanu and bromdichlormethanu. If the substance is not detected

quantitatively, the sum is attributed to zero. Where this is possible without

reducing the effectiveness of disinfection, it should seek to achieve

the lowest values.
