Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
Change the law for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006 Special
measures in determining the amount of the salary and certain compensation expenses related to
the performance of the functions of the representatives of State power and some State authorities,
members of the European Parliament, of judges and prosecutors
Article. (I)
Law No 427/2003 Coll., amending, for the years 2004, 2005 and 2006
extraordinary measures in determining the amount of the salary and certain expenses
associated with the performance of the functions of the representatives of State power and some
Government authorities, members of the European Parliament, judges and public
representatives of the above other salaries of these persons for the first and second half years
2004, 2005 and 2006, and amending certain related laws, in
amended by Act No 359/2004 is amended as follows:
1. in the title of the Act, the words "years 2004, 2005 and 2006" shall be replaced by
"2004" and the words "other salaries of these persons for the first and second half of the year
the years 2004, 2005 and 2006 "shall be replaced by the words" further the salary of these persons for the
the first half of the year 2004 ".
2. In the title of part one, the words "years 2004, 2005 and 2006" shall be replaced by
the words "2004" and the words "other salaries for the first and second half years

3. In paragraph 1, at the end of the letter n) and the following shall be inserted after point a),
added:

5. In paragraph 2, the words "and the second half of the years 2004, 2005 and 2006" shall be replaced by

1. In article 2 (2). 1, point (b)) shall be deleted.
Subparagraph (c)) to e) shall become letters (b)) to (d)).
2. In article 2 (2). 2, the words "and other salary ' shall be deleted.
3. In article 3, paragraph 3. 4 the number of the "2007" is replaced by "2005", "2006"
is replaced by the number "2004", "2004" is replaced by "2002" and
the number of "2005" is replaced by "2003".
4. section 4, including the title.
5. In section 8 is in the title, the words "and other salary ' shall be deleted.
6. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1 the first sentence, "1.00" is replaced by "1.08".
7. In § 8 para. 1 (b). and the number "0.10)" is replaced by "0.11".

2. In article 3, paragraph 3. 4 the number of the "2007" is replaced by "2005", "2006"

3. section 54 is hereby repealed.
4. In § 120 paragraph 1. 1, the words ", 53 and 54 shall be replaced by" and 53 ".

Amendment of the Act on the scope of the Office for protection of competition
Article. XVI
Act No. 273/1996 Coll., on the competence of the authority for the protection of
competition, as amended by Act No. 184/1999 Coll. and Act No 359/2004 Coll.,
be amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 9, the words "additional salary" shall be deleted and the words "the President of the Office
for the protection of personal data in accordance with a special law ^ 2) "shall be replaced by
the words "the President of the Supreme Audit Office.".
2. Footnote 2) are repealed.
PART SEVENTEEN:
Changing the law amending some laws on the protection of the public
health
Article. XVII
In the article. (II) paragraphs 17 and 18 of law No. 274/2003 Coll., amending certain
laws in the field of public health protection, as amended by Act No. 426/2003
Coll., the words "until 31 December 2006. December 2004 "shall be replaced by" until the
the acquisition of the full effectiveness of the Service Act ".
PART EIGHTEEN
Amendment of the Act on financial control
Article. XVIII
In § 32 para. 4 Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on financial control in the public
manage and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on financial control), as amended by
Act No. 123/2003 Coll. and Act No. 426/2003 Coll., the words ' from 1. January
2005 "shall be replaced by" the date of the acquisition of the full effectiveness of the staff

Amendment of the Act on plant health care
Article. XIX
In § 89 of Act No 326/2004 Coll., on phytosanitary care and amendments
some of the related laws, the following paragraph 8 is added:
"(8) by the time of the acquisition of the full effectiveness of the Service Act ^ 52) shall be appointed and

Amendment of the Act on radio and television broadcasting
Article. XX
In section 10, paragraph 1. 2 of Act No. 231/2001 Coll., on radio and
television broadcasts and amending other laws, the words ", and other
salary ' shall be deleted.
PART OF THE TWENTY-FIRST
Amendment of the Act on courts and judges
Article. XXI
In § 100 para. 2 the second sentence of the Act No. 6/2002 Coll., on courts, judges,
lay judges and the State administration of courts and amending some other acts
(law on courts and judges), the words "including the next salary ' shall be deleted.
PART TWENTY-TWO
Amendment of the Act amending the Customs Act
Article. XXII
In the article. IV section 2 of Act No. 187/2004 Coll., amending Act No. 13/1993
Coll., the Customs Act, as amended, the words "1. January
2005 "shall be replaced by ' 1. January 2006 ".
PART TWENTY-THREE
The EFFECTIVENESS of the
Article. XXIII
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. in January 2005, with the exception of article. (IX) points
8, 9 and 10 and article. X, which shall take effect on the date of its publication.
