on certain measures relating to the competence of the ministries of the Czech

of the Republic of



The Czech National Council agreed on this law:



Article. (I)



The law of the Czech National Council No. 2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other

the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by

the Czech National Council Act No. 60/1988 Coll., on changes in the organisation and

the scope of the ministries and other central bodies of State administration of the Czech

the Socialist Republic, the Czech National Council Act No. 173/1989 Coll., on

measures in the system of the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech

Socialist Republic, in which the head of the Government of the Czech

Socialist Republic of, and legal measures of the Presidium of the Czech

the National Council No. 9/1990 Coll., amending Act of the Czech National Council No.

2/1969 Coll., on establishment of ministries and other central bodies of the State

the management of the Czech Socialist Republic, as amended by the Act of the Czech national

No 60/1988 Coll., on changes in the Organization and scope of the ministries and

other central bodies of State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic and the

the Czech National Council Act No. 173/1989 Coll., on measures in the system

the central authorities of the State administration of the Czech Socialist Republic, in the

the head of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic,

supplemented as follows:



In section 10, paragraph 1. 1, after the words "for the labour relations and employment"

the words "civil service".



Article II



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
