on the adjustment of compensation for loss of income after the end of the inability of the staff

reimbursement of costs for survivors and for the establishment of the monument or slab

§ 1



Compensation for loss of income after the end of the staff's inability to

the resulting from the staff to the accident or occupational disease (hereinafter referred to as

"compensation for loss of professional income") and the reimbursement of costs of nutrition

survivors belonging to the members or survivors by Act No.

361/2003 Coll., on the service of members of security forces, in

as amended, where appropriate, in accordance with previous

^ 1), legislation is adjusted so that the average business income decisive for

calculation of compensation for loss of income and the staff for the calculation of the refund

the cost of survivors, or increased according to the earlier

the legislation of the ^ 2), is increased by 1.6%.



§ 2



If a claim for compensation for loss of income and to pay the staff

costs for survivors after 31 December 2006. December 2014, the average business

§ 3



Adjustment in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be taken from 1. January 2015 and is done without request
