The agreement
between the Czechoslovak Republic and the German Empire, on the adjustment of the working and
business relationships and on social insurance of crews on ships
on the Oder and ceded by Germany to Czechoslovakia.

THIS AGREEMENT HAS BEEN NEGOTIATED WITH THE FINAL PROTOCOL.
The agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the German Empire on the adjustment
working and business relationships and the social insurance of the crews on the
ships on the Oder and ceded by Germany to Czechoslovakia.
The Czechoslovak Republic and the German Empire, desiring to accounts working and

Article 1.
People who have their place of residence in Germany and are employed on board ships,
sailing on the Oder and ceded by Germany to Czechoslovakia, are subject to
German law and the German social insurance work. This is true even

Persons who have their residence in Czechoslovakia, and the employed are on
ships in the first paragraph shall be subject to the Czechoslovak law marked
the work and the Czechoslovakian social insurance. This also applies to
a time when ships are in Germany.
Persons who are employed exclusively in the territory of one of the two States,
within the meaning of this Agreement shall have his place of residence in this State.
Article 2.
For people who have their place of residence in Germany and employed are on
those ships, shall exercise the rights and fulfil the responsibilities, which the German
legislation and article 1. This agreement reserves or stores
employers or entrepreneurs, Directorate or subsidiary company
the Czechoslovak government operation of the cruise authorized in Szczecin or
in the Vratislavě.
Article 3.
Up to the time when it will be introduced in the Czechoslovak Republic invalidity and

Article 4.

Article 5.
Exemption or concession revenue and fee, which are in force in one of the two
States in the field of labour and social insurance law, apply in the cause

Article 6.
This agreement shall be ratified. The instruments of ratification shall be exchanged in
Berlin. The agreement shall enter into force on the date of exchange of instruments of ratification and
valid for three years. If, three months before the expiry of the period
the validity of one of the two States is terminated, shall remain in force for more
year.
Article 7.
This agreement, the Czechoslovak and German texts are legally
equivalent, in two original copies, one of which will be stored in
the archives of the Government of Czechoslovakia, the other in the archives of the Government of the German.

The final Protocol.
At the signing of the agreement today between the Czechoslovak Republic and
the German Empire on the adjustment of employment and service relationships, and social
insurance of crews on ships, sailing on the Oder and ceded Germany
Czechoslovakia, agreed with the agents of the two parties on the following points:
1. For ships of the Czechoslovak, which employed are persons having their
resident in Germany, the German measures of protection against injury, and even
When ships are in Czechoslovakia.
2. German accident and disability insurance holders may set out to do
on ships under number 1. designated in the territory of the German Empire control

3. when applications for legal aid (article 4) connects offices and holders
