GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 20 December. February 2002



for the payment of a one-time financial compensation to alleviate some of the grievances

caused by persons entered by the Communist regime to military camps

forced labour



The Government ordered pursuant to section 8 of Act No. 198/1993 Coll., on the illegality of the

the Communist regime and on resistance against it:



§ 1



(1) persons included in the road ženijního, the auxiliary troops of the battalion

technical battalions and military mine sections (hereinafter referred to as "military

forced labour camps ") referred to in § 18 para. 1 of law No. 87/1991 Coll. on

out-of-court rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 265/1992 Coll. and act

No 78/1998 Coll. (hereinafter the "authorized person") have the right to provide

one-time financial compensation to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

them by the Communist regime in the field of health (hereinafter referred to as "single

substitute "), if the time spent in the military camps of forced labour

at least 12 months.



(2) a one-off refund shall be fixed in the amount of $ 625 for each commenced

month of time spent in the military camps of forced labour.



§ 2



(1) a one-time compensation for Ministry of defence decision confers on the

issued at the written request of the person entitled to request

attaches the documents certifying the claim. A single application for refund

can be applied by 31 December 2002. March 2003.



(2) the lump sum compensation is payable within 15 days from the date of final

decision.



§ 3



The right to ask for payment of lump-sum compensation does not pass to the heirs

authorised persons.



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
