Of 1 April 2003 on a statement of historical areas in
selected cities and municipalities as historical zones and determining the conditions for their protection


Ministry of Culture after consultation with the relevant regional authorities
determined in accordance with § 6 para. 1 of Law no. 20/1987 Coll., On State Historical
care, as amended by Act no. 132/2000 Coll. and Act no. 320/2002 Coll .:

zone (hereinafter "zone").

§ 2

Territorial boundaries of zones are defined in the Annex hereto and are
graphically indicated in the maps that will be imposed within 90 days of
effective date of this decree by the Ministry of Culture,
specialized organization of state monument care , relevant regional authorities and
municipal offices with extended powers, and other towns and villages
if their territory zones are located.

§ 3

To ensure cultural heritage protection zone and its historic setting, which
architectural files, individual immovable cultural relics
, structure, land, land roads, water
areas, rivers, permanent crops and implemented compositional | || intentions show significant cultural values, the authorities state
monument care when deciding to impose conditions which are based on
:

A) the results of the historic building, urban, archaeological and historical research
territory

B) the results of the historic building and restoration research
individual objects

C) cultural values ​​of the historic environment in relation to the use
affected structures, spaces and parts of the territory and the preservation and restoration of historical
trees,

D) historical character, mutual spatial arrangement
dominants and scale of individual buildings and their groups and

E) conservation of archaeological finds.

§ 4

This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 2003.

refracts the south along the east side pp no. 491/6 and passes perpendicular street
Kaplice pp no. 1305/1. Refracted towards the east along the south side of the street
chapels and further south along the east side pp no. 488/30 and 488/25
to its southeast corner. Passes communication p. No. 488/3 in northern
corner Hornobranského pond No. pp. 582, which tracks the north side

Havlíčkova Borová (03,796) Brod district, Vysocina Region

Boundary begins in the north at Green Street in the north section No. pp.
178/1 and runs south along the eastern side of the plot, and it goes
continues along the eastern border of the Green pp street no. 175/2 after
eastern sides pp no. 177/5, 177/6, st. p. no. 87 Eastern
border communication pp no. 3120/7 to No. pp. 174. breaks eastward along
No. pp. 174, 173/1 and 172/1. Continues south along the eastern borders pp
no. 167/2, 165, 161/4, 158/1, 156/1, 154/1,
152, 147/5 and 145/1. Here again refracts border to the east along the northern edge
Meadow pp street no. 3131/1, this street perpendicular passes on the northern border
No. pp. 142. veers south along the eastern border pp no.
131/1, 131/2 and 139/53. On the southeast corner of the plot turns to
west along the southern border pp no. 139/53, 133/2 and 133/1.
In the southwest corner of the land border again we break to the south and runs along the eastern
