on the determination of inventory and how their reporting of the State agricultural and

food inspection

The Ministry of agriculture provides under section 3b of the paragraph. 3 of Act No. 110/1997

Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing

some related laws, as amended by law No 94/2004 Coll.:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down a range of stocks, their formation and movement, to which the

covered by the obligation of business owners, and the pattern of the form reporting

the obligations of the inventory State agricultural and food inspection.



§ 2



(1) the range of the stocks covered by the reporting obligation is listed

in annex No. 1 ^ 1) and in annex No. 2. ^ 2)



(2) the inventory is reported from the quantitative limit referred to in the annexes.

1 and 2.



§ 3



(1) the model form the obligation to stock sugar, isoglucose

and the inventory of fructose under section 2, including the formation and movement of these stocks,

given in annex 3.



(2) a model form, the obligation of the stocks of processed products

more than 10% sugar referred to in article 2, including the formation and movement of these stocks,

is given in annex 4.



(3) the model form the obligation of stocks not listed in paragraphs

1 and 2 in accordance with section 2, including the formation and movement of these stocks, is listed in the

Annex No 5.
