The Ministry of defence provides under section 172, paragraph. 5 of the Act No. 561/2004 Coll.
on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education
(the Education Act), as amended by Act No 342/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
§ 1
Annual report of the
(Section 11 of the Act)
(1) the annual report on the activities of the school includes:
and) basic information about the school, name, registered office, characteristics
the school data on school management, address for remote access, business
the structure of the school,
(b)) the characteristics of the school year, compliance with the main tasks of the school,
(c) an overview of the education disciplines) that school and are included in the

Education of gifted pupils and students
(Section 19 of the Act)

§ 4
Individual education plan
(Section 19 of the Act)

§ 5

§ 6
Splitting and joining the classes and study groups
(Section 26, paragraph 4, of the Act)

(For section 29, paragraph 3, of the Act)

§ 8
The record of the injury
(For section 29, paragraph 3, of the Act)
(1) the record of an accident at the school or educational establishment be prepared always, if

§ 9
Reporting an accident

§ 10
School holidays
(Section 24, paragraph 5, of the Act)

§ 11
Educational measures
(Section 31, paragraph 1, of the Act)
(1) the Director of the school or the educational establishment may, on the basis of its own

§ 12
Theoretical teaching
(Section 71 of the Act)

§ 14
Professional training
(Section 71 of the Act)

Organization of school teaching in middle school
