"The management of the European enforcement order certificate



§ 200ua



(1) at the request of the authorized court judgment, court settlement or

Amendment of the Act on courts and judges



Article. (III)

The Constitutional Court declared under no. 349/2002 Coll., Act No. 192/2003

Coll., Act No. 441/2003 Coll., Act No. 626/2004 Coll., Act No. 349/2005

Coll., Act No. 413/2005 Coll. and Act No. 79/2006, is amended as follows:



1. In article 130 paragraph 1. 2 the second sentence, the word "representative" shall be replaced by "two
