of 3 July 2003. May 2005
opening a national nature monuments Airport Letňany and determination of its
closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). (b)), and
§ 37 para. 1 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, in
amended by Act No. 222/2004 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) the national natural monument is the Letňany Airport (hereinafter referred to as
"natural monument").
(2) the object of protection is the Habitat and population of the critically endangered species
animal Spermophilus citellus (European ground General, SYN. Citellus
citellus) on the grassy area of the airport in letňany.
§ 2
The definition of national nature monuments
(1) national natural landmark is located in the cadastral territory of Letňany.
The boundaries of the national nature monuments shall be closed geometric
a shape with straight sides, whose vertices are specified by the coordinates of the

§ 3

§ 4
The protection zone
National nature protection zone is located in the land register

provides for two separate closed geometric shapes with straight

§ 5
