from day 4. July 2013
opening a national natural landmarks and determining its Stránská skála
closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:
§ 1
The definition of national nature monuments
(1) the Stránská skála (hereinafter referred to as
"natural monument").
(2) the national natural monument is situated on the territory of the Southern Moravia region,
in the cadastral territory of Slatina. The boundaries of the national nature monuments
provides a closed geometrical shape with straight sides, which
vertices are specified by the coordinates of the uniform trigonometric networks
cadastral ^ 1). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of a geometric shape as
they go in a shape behind him, is given in annex 1 to this notice.
(3) the national nature protection zone is located on the territory of the
South Moravian region in the cadastral territory of Slatina. The boundaries of the protective
national natural monuments shall be closed geometric

§ 2
Object of protection
The subject of the protection of the national natural monuments are

Mantis (Mantis religiosa), eared bat (Myotis myotis) and Horseshoe
small (Rhinolophus hipposideros), including their habitats.
§ 3
More protective conditions
Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national
natural monument
and) enable and make changes to species of land or the ways
use of ^ 2)
(b)) to enable and make changes to the completed buildings or structures changes before
their completion or structures, advertising and information

(c)) to enable and perform geological work associated with intervention in the Earth's

accordance with this Decree,
j) organize and organize sports, tourist and other public events,
to plant or sow plants) or to discharge the water animals,
l) manure land or using chemicals, or
m) to build a fire.
§ 4
The effectiveness of the
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. August 2013.
