DECREE



of 25 June 2002. September 2009,



amending Decree No 410/2005 Coll. on hygienic requirements for

premises and operation of equipment and premises for the upbringing and education of children and

juvenile



The Ministry of health, in agreement with the Ministry of education, youth and

sports and the Ministry of labour and Social Affairs provides under section 108

paragraph. 2 Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amending

some related laws, as amended by Act No. 274/2003 Coll., Act

No 392/2005 Coll. and Act No. 110/2007 Coll., to implement section 7 (2). 1

the law:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 410/2005 Coll. on hygienic requirements for premises and

operation of the equipment and premises for the upbringing and education of children and

minors, shall be amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1 the first sentence, after the words "register of schools and school

device ^ 1), "the words" with the exception of the device for further education

teaching staff, educational counselling facilities and equipment

school feeding, and further ".



2. in article 1, paragraph 2, including footnote No. 4 reads as follows:



"(2) the requirements for the workplace of the on-the-job training of pupils of secondary schools,

workplaces, natural or legal persons, that have permission to

activities related to the scope of education and concluded with the school

agreement on the content, scope and conditions for the on-the-job training, provides

3. In paragraph 2 (a). (j)) after the word "value" the words "or normovým

"§ 3

5. § 4 paragraph 1 reads:

6. In section 4, paragraph 4. 2, the third sentence shall be deleted and in the fourth sentence, the word

8. In section 4, paragraph 4, including footnote # 8 reads as follows:

9. in paragraph 4, the following new paragraph 4a and 4b, which including the footnotes

"§ 4a
