about protected areas of Headwater Brdy, Jablunkovsko,
The Ore mountains, Lancashire, hostýnsko and Žamberk-Rabbits
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to section 18 of Act No.
138/1973 Coll. on waters (Water Act):
§ 1
(1) the areas of Brd, Jablunkovska, the Ore mountains, the novohradské mountains,
The Vsetínské vrchy and Žamberk-Rabbits, which for its natural conditions
form an important natural accumulation of surface water and groundwater,
protected areas of natural accumulation of water (hereinafter referred to as "protected
water management areas ").
(2) the boundaries of the protected water areas referred to in paragraph 1
are defined in the annex to this regulation; maps of protected
water areas are deposited with the district national committees, in
the territorial scope of these areas are.
§ 2
(1) in the protected water areas are prohibited:
and shrink the range of forest land) in individual cases by more than
25 hectares; in each of the protected water area may be overall
the extent of forest land decreased by a maximum of 500 ha against the State at the date
entry into force of this regulation,
b) drained through the forest land more than 250 ha contiguous area,

does not compromise the capacity of the catchment area,
d) benefit peat in quantities exceeding 500 thousand m3 in one
the site, if it is not based on the hydrological survey demonstrated that
peat extraction will not jeopardize the capacity of the catchment area,
e) benefit minerals surface or perform other earthworks,
that would lead to the uncovering of the contiguous groundwater levels, with the exception of
quarries, in which it is necessary to go to the polojámové or the jámové extraction, and
in the absence of greater density than 10 ha, disclosure
f) benefit and handle radioactive raw materials that do not ensure
waste disposal in accordance with the regulations on the protection of water quality,
g) to store radioactive waste,
(h)) to carry out the construction of:
1. equipment for pigs for fattening on the total capacity of the pledge over 5000 pieces,
2. the oil depots on the volume of each of the tanks above 1000 m3,
3. the solid fuel thermal power stations with an output of over 200 MW,
4. industrial plants, which has been in operation for discharges
untreated or insufficiently purified waste water, which
pollution exceeds the
BOD5 5 t/year
suspended solids 10 t/year
mineral oils 5 t/year
the apparent acidity equiv. 500 kg/year
the apparent alkalinity equiv. 500 kg/year
dissolved inorganic salts of 50 t/year
(2) the prohibitions referred to in paragraph 1 shall be in the protected water areas
do not apply to
construction and equipment) that were before the date of effectiveness of this regulation in the
accordance with the provisions in the construction or use,
(b)) the activities of which were before the date of effectiveness of this regulation in accordance
with the regulations operated,
(c)) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (b). a), d) and (e)), relates to
the construction of water reservoirs.
(3) in exceptional cases, the Government of the Republic may allow exceptions to the
the provisions of paragraph 1 (b). and), e) and (h)) No 3 and 4.
§ 3
In the protected water areas of the landfill may be set up
urban and industrial waste only in places where it cannot be
the extraction of the content of the waste into the groundwater or surface water, or
If they made the technical measures to prevent the leakage of
leaches to groundwater or surface water.
§ 4
This regulation is without prejudice to the competence of the institutions and organisations of the tasks
resulting from the provisions concerning State protection of nature conservation and other special

§ 5
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. April 1979.

XIII.
A protected area of natural accumulation of water Brdy
The northern part of the border is of the municipalities in the District of Beroun Hostomice
in a northwesterly direction along the road II/115 over Lochovice and further along the
Road II/114 across WA. Continues along the left edge of the road
(II)/117 through Komárov, Jivinu, and Dobřívu to Strašic Olešná in the district
Rokycany in the West Bohemia region. Dobřív misses after its eastern edge, and
still continues along the road II/117 to Mirošova and from there along the road
III/1783 in Příkosic. The border goes around the western edge of the Příkosic
the South-East to Vísek and then to the South around the municipalities of this and
Borovno.
The southern part of the boundaries of the protected area goes along the road Blovice-Rožmitál
pod Třemšínem from Borovna village in the District of Příbram Věšín. From there it continues
communication along the North-West around Beech. From the intersection
the road to Mirošova and Příbram is headed east to the village of Treats,
continuing in a northeasterly direction along the roads I/18 through the Blackwater state high
in Příbram. Příbram misses after its western edge and along the road
III/11417 and III/11581 goes to the municipality Buková u Příbrami. Misses it after its
the western edge and along roads III/11581 goes to the starting point in the
Hostomice.
A protected area of natural accumulation of water Jablunkovsko Mikroregion
The Boundary continues in the protected areas of Headwater
Beskidy mountains in the bend of the road III/01142 Karpentnou 419 before the dimension,
continuing along this road through the Karpentnou up to Bystřice. It is guided by
around the North-East and along roads III/01146 goes to
The Valley. On the outskirts of branches off on a dirt path, along which goes North
through sharp and still a dirt road around the Sharp Hill to the State
the border with the Polish people's Republic. Further along the State border
to the village of Hrčava, from where it continues along the border between the Severomoravským and
Středoslovenským region. After this border is conducted to the frontier
protected areas of Headwater and after it to the default
point at Karpentné.
A protected area of natural accumulation of water Ore mountains
The border is conducted in the West Bohemia region from the border with the spit in
Cheb District along the road through the village to the lower back and Sides, then into the
Božetína, Oldříšské and Svažce, along the Svažeckého stream to communicate
(II)/212 and follow it until Horky, where it continues to the East along the
the dam of the reservoir of heat in the upper Částkova and to the village of Lítov, located
already in the Sokolov district, and through the village of Habartov to road III/21030,
which monitors for Josefov, where it branches off into the Ridges, passes the river
Svatavu and along country roads to the villages Boučí and passes through the Grove and after
roads III. CL. to the village of Jindřichovice. In the village of Border monitors
the road II/210, for the municipalities of turns and follows the road II/219 to the
junction with the road II/222 and after it goes to the village of Heather, where returns
on the road II/210, tracks her to the village Dry in Karlovy Vary district,
along the road II/209 up to the junction with the road III/2205, after which it is
to Fazlefad, then along the left edge of the road III/206 to Děpoltovic,
along roads III/2204 to Hroznětína, from there towards the East along the
Road II/221 to Bystřice and along roads III/22128 to road I/25.
Along this road continues towards the South to the junction with the road
I/13 Ostrov nad Ohří-Chomutov, along its left edge goes to the
Smilovu, where it transitions to the North Bohemian region.
In the North Bohemian region continues the boundaries of protected areas along the road
I/13, bypassing Klášterec nad Ohří, and goes up to the junction with the road
III/22316. Along it goes north to a place of refuge, from there follows the edge of the
forest cover to the North edge of the village of Vernéřov, along the road
III/22429 to Potočné, and the new Village. Again, it is guided along the road I/13,
along its left edge goes to the village of Chernivtsi. From there, it continues along the
Chomutov-Křímov railway line to its passage through the industrial
penstock of the Ohře in Bílina. Continues along the access road to
Cihelnám and then goes after the Crown of the dam scheduled to Březenec tank
Březeneckém Creek. Continues along the edge of the forest
Northwest of the Exe to road III/2528, along which goes to the
Drmalům, then along roads III/2529 to the road I/13, along which continues
until the Springs Valley Creek, upstream to vodárna, from which
goes towards the East along the forest path to the Forester. From the Chateau Jezeří
around the Hill 360 m to the Valley of the Albrechtice stream and from there along the
the left edge of the forest paths contour the hill above 350 m n. m., around the North
the edge of the village of Horní Jiřetín, along the left side of the road I/13 to the municipality
Hammer mill. This bypasses the village along the edge of the forest and continues towards
the North-East still along the edge of the forest around litvinov
on 500 m above the road III/0138 over Loučnou, in parallel with the road
III/01310. From the location of the crossing over a Railway Bridge-Moldava
monitors this track in parallel to the eastern end of the railway station Osek, where
the distance from the boundary of the line reduces to 400 m and runs to the West
the edge of the station. Through the village Grave goes to the Firearm, then along the
Road I/13 through the village of Dubi until Turned to the junction of this road
Railway Oldřichov-Děčín. Continuing along this railway line
up to the crossing with Ždírnickým Brook, watching the stream upstream and
at a distance of 400 m from the track continues towards the East ČSD in parallel with
tracks to access the stream before Telnicí, along which the returns to
the line and continues to the Telnice in the District of Ústí nad Labem. From there, it is guided by
along roads III/2484 to Adolfovu, further along the road III/2484 and
III/2488 to the State border with East Germany. Along the State border is the border
the protected area to the South-West to the outer rim, which is based on.
A protected area of natural accumulation of water Novohradské mountains
The border is conducted from the new castles, the South-East along the road
III/15616 to the State border with the Federal Republic of Austria. Along the

point in Valašské Meziříčí.
A protected area of natural accumulation of water in Žamberk-Rabbits
The Boundary continues in the village of Pěčín in Rychnov nad Kněžnou district on the border
protected areas of Headwater Orlické Mountains, from where it is guided by
to the South along the road II/310 through the village of Kameničná in Ústí
NAD orlici to road I/II. Continuing South-East around the
the northern and eastern edge of Žamberk, further along the left edge of the
Road I/II to Jablonné nad Orlicí and continues along the road I/II
the village of Red water, through White Water and at the intersection with the road III/31230
It branches off to the East along this road to the Moravian Charles. In
This stretch of the East-Bohemian region leaves.
In the County the North Moravian continues along roads III/31230 to
the road II/312, which goes to the road II/446 and follow it to the village
Hanušovice in Šumperk district. Thence along the road II/369 to Henry's,
Military and Ostružné. Here goes along the road III/3693 to Petříkova.
It continues through the Valley of the Black Creek and ends at the quarry would be State
the border with the Polish people's Republic northeast of dimensions 1114
(Knife sharpener). It is further the boundaries of a protected area along the State border to
to the boundary of protected areas of Headwater and Orlické Mountains
to the starting point in the village of Pěčín.
