The Czech Statistical Office

laying down the procedure for preparing the programme of statistical surveys



The Czech Statistical Office lays down pursuant to section 27 (b). a) of Act No. 89/1995

Coll., on State statistical service, as amended by Act No. 408/2000 Coll.,

(hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



§ 1



Suggestions on the content of the statistical surveys for the next calendar year

carried out by the Czech Statistical Office shall be submitted to the Czech

the Statistical Office to 28. February of the current year.



§ 2



Suggestions for the statistical surveys carried out for the next calendar year

ministries and other central administrative authorities, complying with the requirements

set out in section 10, paragraph 1. 2 of the Act, together with a formalised content

a statistical survey shall be submitted by the Czech Statistical Office in

duplicate not later than 31 December 2006. in May of the current year.



§ 3



Repealed the Decree of the Czech Statistical Office No 53/1996 Coll., which

down the procedure for preparing the programme of statistical surveys.



§ 4



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2002.
