1. In section 20i of paragraph 1. 2, after the word "name" the words ", where appropriate,
name, last name, date of birth ".
2. the following section is inserted after section 20j 20 k, which reads as follows:
"§ 20 k

Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In article 3, paragraph 3. 4, the last sentence shall be deleted.
2. In article 7 (2). 1, after the word "sights" the words ", the national
cultural monuments, conservation area, heritage protection zone zone

reservation or historic zone ".
3. in section 7 paragraph 2 reads as follows:

Article. XVIII

1. In article 33, paragraph 2 shall be deleted and shall be deleted at the same time, paragraph
1.
2. In article 34 paragraph 2. 1 and 2, the words "paragraph. 1 "shall be deleted.
3. In article 59, paragraph 2 shall be deleted and shall be deleted at the same time, paragraph
1.
4. in section 70 is at the end of the text of paragraph 4, the words "or a document
or in the confirmation of the identity of a foreign State ".
5. in section 70 para. 5 is the number "2008" is replaced by "2012".
6. section 81a:

In section 12 of Act No. 118/2010 Coll., on the regional referendum and amending certain
laws shall be added to paragraph 6 to 8 are added:
"(6) the Regional Office for the purposes of checks of the proposal of the Preparatory Committee and the
signing documents takes advantage from the population register these

(c) the address of the place of stay)
(d)) date of birth,
e) nationality, or more of State citizenship.
(7) the Regional Office for the purposes of checks of the proposal of the Preparatory Committee and the
signing documents takes advantage of the information system of population register
the following information:
and) the name or names, surnames, including previous name, maiden
last name,
(b)) date of birth,
c) country of citizenship or more of State citizenship,
(d) the address of the place of residence), including previous address space
permanent residence, where appropriate, the address to which they are to be delivered
documents under a special legal regulation,
e) deprivation or restriction of legal capacity.
(8) the data referred to in paragraphs 6 and 7, you can always use in a particular case
only such data which are necessary for the performance of the task. Data,
that are kept as reference data in the base the population register,
to make use of the information system of population register only if they are
in the shape of the previous status quo. ".
PART OF THE TWENTY-NINTH
Amendment of the Act on audiovisual media services on demand
Article. XXIX
In the law no 132/2010 Coll., on audiovisual media services on the
demand and on amendments to certain acts (the Act on audiovisual media
services on request), as amended by Act No. 302/2011 Coll., section 18
the following new section 18a is inserted:
"§ 18a
(1) the Council for the performance of the under this Act from the basic
the population register these reference data:
and) surname,
(b) the name or names),
(c) the address of the place of stay)
(d)) of the date, place and County of birth; for the data subject, who was born in
abroad, the date, place and the State where he was born,
(e)) of the date, place and County of death; in the case of the death of the data subject outside the territory

has occurred; If it is issued the Court's decision on the Declaration of death, day,
that is the decision, listed as the day of death or the day that did not survive, and
date of legal effect of this decision,
f) nationality, or more of State citizenship.
(2) the Council makes use of for the performance of the scope under this Act of the
the information system of the population register of the following particulars:
and the name or names), surname, maiden name,
(b)) date of birth,
c) gender,
d) place and County of birth, in the case of birth abroad instead of and the State
(e)), social security number,
f) nationality, or more of State citizenship,
g) address of residence, including previous address space
permanent residence address (if applicable), to which are to be delivered
documents under a special legal regulation,
h) origin of the residence, where appropriate, the cancellation date data on the place of
permanent residence or the date of their permanent residence in the territory of the United
Republic,
I) deprivation or restriction of legal capacity, the name or
name, last name and social security number of a guardian, if assigned,
the date, place and County of birth, and the guardian, who was born in
abroad, the place and the State where he was born,
(j)) of the date, place and County of death; in the case of the death of a citizen outside the United
Republic, date of death, place and the State on whose territory the death occurred,
k) day, who was in the Court decision on the Declaration of death listed
as the day of death, or as a day that did not survive.
(3) the Council makes use of for the performance of the scope under this Act of the
information system for foreigners the following information:
and) the name or name, last name,
(b)) date of birth,
(c) the social security number),
d) gender,
(e)) instead, and the State where the alien was born; in the case that the alien
He was born on the territory of the United States, place and County of birth,
f) nationality, or more of State citizenship,
(g)) the type and address of the place of residence on the territory of the Czech Republic,
(h) the beginning of the stay, if applicable) date of the termination of the stay,
I) deprivation or restriction of legal capacity,
(j)) of the date, place and County of death; in the case of deaths outside the United
the Republic, the State on whose territory the death occurred, or the date of death,
k) day, who was in the Court decision on the Declaration of death listed
as the day of death, or as a day that did not survive.
(4) the information specified in paragraphs 1 to 3 may be used in a particular case always
only such data which are necessary for the performance of the task. Data,
that are kept as reference data in the base the population register,
to make use of the information system of population register only if they are
in the shape of the previous status quo. ".
