GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 26 March. June 2013,



amending Government Decree No. 142/1994 Coll., laying down the amount of the

interest on late payments, and a fee for late payment under the civil code, in the

1 of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the commercial code, as amended by Act No. 370/2000

Coll. and Act No. 179/Coll.:



Article. (I)



Government Decree No. 142/1994 Coll., laying down the amount of interest on late payments

and the fee for late payment under the civil code, as amended by regulation

Government No 163/2005 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 33/2010 Coll., shall be amended as follows:



1. At the end of title the following Government regulations "and establishing a

Article. (II)
