DECREE

to increase the supplements to retirement in 2013



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs provides under section 8 (2). 2 of the Act

No 198/1993 Coll., on the illegality of the Communist regime and on resistance

against him, as amended by law No 220/2010 Coll., and according to § 2 (2). 8 of the Act

No 357/2005 Coll., on the evaluation of the participants of the national struggle for the emergence and

the liberation of Czechoslovakia and some of the survivors, on the Special

contribution to the pension of certain persons, a one-time monetary amount

Some participants in the national struggle for liberation from 1939 to 1945

and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 108/2009 Coll. and Act No.

220/2011 Coll.:



§ 1



(1) a pension in accordance with the Government Regulation No 622/2004 Coll., on

the granting of a supplement to the pension to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

the Communist regime in the area of social, as amended by Decree-Law No.

405/2005 Coll. and Decree-Law No. 372/2007 Coll., and Act No.

357/2005 Coll., on the evaluation of the participants of the national struggle for creation and Liberation

And some of the survivors, a special contribution to the

the pension of certain persons, a one-time monetary amount to some

participants in the national struggle for liberation from 1939 to 1945 and amending

certain acts, as amended by the Act No. 261/2007 Coll., Act No. 306/2008

Coll., Act No. 108/2009 Coll., Act No. 220/2007 Coll. and Act No.

458/2011 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "surcharge"), only 1. January 2013

increased by 0.9% of the amount of the surcharge, which belongs to the date on which the

an additional fee increases. Charges are increased from pension payments, which

paid, payable after 31 December 2006. December 2012.



(2) the amount of the premium after the increase referred to in paragraph 1 shall be rounded down to the

the whole of the Crown on top.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2013.
