amending certain Department of industry and trade Decree,
implementing Act No. 506/1990 Coll., on weights and measures, as amended by

The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine in accordance with section 27 of Act No. 506/1990
Coll. on metrology, as amended by Act No. 121/2000 Coll. and Act No 137/2002
Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section 6 (1). 2 and § 9 para. 1 of the Act:
PART THE FIRST
Amendment to Decree No. 332/2000 Coll., laying down some of the procedures in the
