GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 18 May. October 1949,



repealing the Institute for the care of refugees.



The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to § 1, para. 1, point (a). (b))

the Act of 11 June 2002. in May 1949, no. 143, Coll., on changes in work organization

the public administration and in the scope of its institutions:



§ 1



(1) the Institute for the care of refugees, set up by governmental regulation of 11 November.

November 1938, no. 292 Coll., is hereby repealed.



(2) the rights and obligations of the Institute passed on to the State. Their settlement

does the Ministry of labour and social welfare, in agreement with the Ministry of

Finance and accounting audit office.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. December 1949; guide them through the

Minister of labor and social welfare, in agreement with the participating Ministers.
