of the additional agreement of 18 March 2004. May 1948 to the commercial Convention between

the Republic of Czechoslovakia and France



Supplementary agreement to the Convention between the Czechoslovak Republic and

France, renowned as no. 52/1929 Coll., signed in Prague on 18. may

1948 and the President of the Republic with the approval of governmental decree No.

170/1948 Coll. in the provisional validity pursuant to § 1 of the law No. 158/1923 Coll.

interim adjustments of trade relations with foreign countries, and according to the article. (VII) Law No.

109/1926 Coll., which partly amended the law on customs tariff for

Czechoslovak territory and the customs tariff and the provisions on the

on 15 December. October 1948, and ratified by the President of the Republic on 24. June

1949.



The instruments of ratification were exchanged in Prague on 17. November 1949.



This supplementary agreement came into force due to the provisions of its

article. (III) on 1 May 2004. December 1949.
