pollution or to reduce or eliminate these causes, and

(iii) the number of samples), from where it was during the last period considered

apart because of short-term pollution, does not constitute more than 15

% of the total number of samples, as specified in the monitoring calendar,

for that period, or no more than one sample in the bathing season, according to

that number is higher.

Good quality

Bathing waters shall be classified as "good":

1. If, in the set of data on the quality of bathing water over the last

the period under examination the value of 95. percentile of microbiological parameters

apart because of short-term pollution, does not constitute more than 15

% of the total number of samples, as specified in the monitoring calendar,

for that period, or no more than one sample in the bathing season, according to

that number is higher.

Excellent quality

Bathing water is classified as "excellent":

1. If, in the set of data on the quality of bathing water over the last

the period under examination the value of 95. percentile of microbiological parameters

equal to or lower than the value for the "excellent quality" as set out in

pollution or to reduce or eliminate these causes, and

(iii) the number of samples), from where it was during the last period considered

apart because of short-term pollution, does not constitute more than 15

% of the total number of samples, as specified in the monitoring calendar,

for that period, or no more than one sample in the bathing season, according to

that number is higher.

Color mark is blue.

This degree will be used if all of the following have occurred

fact:

-Cyanobacteria reaching final collection values degree referred to in

Annex No 4 to this Ordinance or is the swimming pool that is not

cyanobacteria monitoring to be carried out in accordance with § 6 para. 2.

-After the evaluation of microbiological parameters referred to in annex 1 to the

This Decree at the end of the previous swimming season was the quality of the water in the

the swimming pool is classified as excellent.

-Final collection were exacerbated by sensory punishable properties

the facts, and while none of the categories of "impaired water quality", "water

unsuitable for bathing "and" no swimming ":

-Transparency in the final collection was less than 1 m. Reduced

transparency is not rank, if it is caused by typical for a site

natural cataract, which, however, does not have its origin in present organisms. When

the reduced transparency, however, is impeded by the rescue of the drowning.

-Bathing Water has been polluted by waste final collection (the pointer

1 as specified in annex 5 to this notice) at the level of grade 1 and/or

present pollution of natural origin (Indicator 2 in annex No.

5 to this notice), at the level of grade 2.

This Decree at the end of the previous swimming season was the quality of the water to

swimming is classified as acceptable.

-An allergic reaction in susceptible individuals are proven to be associated with

water recreation, but the values observed water quality indicators correspond to the

categories of "bathing water" or "water suitable for swimming with

slightly degraded properties ".

The WATER UNSUITABLE for SWIMMING ("water quality" pointer = 4)

1 as specified in annex 5 to this notice) at the level of grade 2 or 3

and/or pollution of natural origin are present (indicator referred to in

Annex No. 5 to this notice), at the level of grade 3.

-Some of the more objectionable odor sensory properties such as, oil

the film, foam on the surface are of such magnitude that it is virtually eliminated

recreational use of the site.

This degree will be used, there was at least one of the following

the facts:

-Final collection exceeding the exposure limit values III. the degree of

for indicators of algal bloom or cyanobacteria and chlorophyll-a (indicator referred to in

Annex No 4 to this notice). Bathing waters are sorted to this

the degree and in the event of water bloom crossing the limit values

III. degree outside of the standard sampling location, if there is a real

the rapid relocation of the standard sampling place in case

changes the direction of the wind, or in the case of the occurrence of cyanobacteria not forming water flowers

the exposure limit values have been exceeded, III. instance for the indicators and

chlorophyll-a (the indicators referred to in annex 4 to this notice).

-Repeatedly exceeded the value for at least one of the

the microbiological parameters in accordance with § 9 para. 7.

-There is reason to suspect that it may be seriously endangered the health of

bathers, especially when unexplained massive fish kills, even if

indicators of the quality of bathing water is fine, or at increased

the occurrence of acute diseases, epidemiological characters of which point to the

bathing water as the source of the disease, even in cases where the specific

the causative agent is not in the water.

Deviations from the procedure:

In the case that having regard to the circumstances, and in particular on the nature of the

the natural swimming pool and reception space, knowledge of other data on the quality of

water, the development of the water quality in the past to investigational site, weather,

sampling and analysis of circumstances and other local specifics cannot be in the evaluation

the quality of water in the natural pools above the General procedure

You can follow him in order to achieve the correct and current

evaluation of the quality of the water in the swimming pool.

A way of informing the public

The information supplied to the public pursuant to § 12 para. 2 must contain
