GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 March. August 1950
repealing the Fund for insurance of export credits.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to § 1 (1). 1 of law No.
143/1949 Coll., on changes in the Organization of the public administration and in the scope of
its institutions:
§ 1
Fund for insurance of export credits (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund"), which was set up
Law No. 121/1931 Coll., on the promotion of foreign trade, and whose legal
ratios have been adjusted to Government Regulation No 158/1931 Coll., which
performs the Act No. 121/1931 Coll., is hereby repealed.
§ 2
Liquidation of the Fund makes the Ministry of foreign trade, in agreement with
the Ministry of finance. Measures to prepare for the abolition of the Fund made before
the date of the beginning of the effectiveness of this regulation, shall be deemed made under
of this regulation.
§ 3
The asset balance of the Fund passes the end of the liquidation Fund of the State.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the notice; carry out the Ministers
international trade and finance.
