GOVERNMENT REGULATION



from day 1. July 1952



repealing the Czechoslovak Clearinghouse.



The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to § 1 (1). 1 of law No.

143/1949 Coll., on changes in the Organization of the public administration and in the scope of

its institutions:



§ 1



The Institute, set up by the Czechoslovakian Government Accounting Regulation No 264/1922

Coll., on acquiring the Czechoslovak Institute for assets and liabilities in

the crowns of the Austro-Hungarian, is hereby repealed. Its rights and obligations

passed on to the Monetary Fund.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of the notice; does the Minister

finances.
