The DECREE



of 19 December 2003. April 2005



on the technical and operational conditions of the amateur radio services



The Department of computer science provides under section 150, paragraph. 2 of the Act No. 127/2005

Coll., on electronic communications and the some of the related

laws (the law on electronic communications), (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to

the implementation of § 16. 8 of the Act:



PART THE FIRST



GENERAL PROVISIONS



§ 1



For the purposes of this Ordinance means

THE OPERATING CONDITIONS OF THE AMATEUR RADIO SERVICES



§ 2



Individual permission to use radio frequencies



(1) the individual permission to use radio frequencies (hereinafter referred to as

§ 3

§ 5



The Club station



(1) an operator who is not the holder of the licence or a NOVICE, the HAREC

§ 8

§ 9

(2) the bandwidth occupied by the broadcast must correspond to the minimum bandwidth

needed for the transmission of information by type of operation.



(3) during the change of transmission frequency when operating the station shall not be

TYPE OF OPERATION
